Week 12-Persist

The young bull is tested and judged in the arena of how brave he is based on his willingness to charge  in spite of the sting of the blade. Do I continue to charge forward, continue to try to succeed?  The thought of the sting of the blade makes me want to shrink back.  Our Lord and Savior did not shrink back, he was crucified, died, buried and rose again.  He conquered!  If I want to succeed, I must persist.  I must take a step forward, one step at a time drawing on the power within.  I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!
